No more lv 150 relic boxes and glass vials from T3 PQs drop

Hi guys, long ago to drop lv 150 relic boxes and glass vials I did T3 PQs but now I realized that in bags, even golden, there was only lv 100 relic boxes and glass vials. Something changed and did not I notice it? Now where can I find lv 150 or even higher?
