Return of Reckoning

Hi,

i´m new and i looked at the forum but didnt found a other topic what describe my problem. My problem is:

i created a new charracter and when im finished and want to log in (created a black orc) the loading screen which is the open book with the warhammer online icon in the right bottom side which is rotating will never end! tryed the "trick" with /stuck /stuck but nothing will happen.

please hlp me

Checked your account and all appears to be working order. Your characters loaded successfully into game.

Try downloading the game again and redoing the steps:
