I'll never for the life of me will be able to understand the mindset of people who willingly pug scenarios only to have the extremely bad taste to shout and name call in SC chat when things go south.
If you are looking for a sure fire way to confirm your complete lack of intelligence and self control to a group of strangers congratulations.
It's one thing to call out basic SC strategies but to resort to name calling and generally lose your & #%:$ reeks of major personality disorders.
Please seek help and do everyone a favor and join a guild so you can make sure to win every SC and you can pi$$ and moan to your guildiies when you lose, at least for as long as they will put up with your antics.

If someone is being abusive in chat, take a screen shot and bring it to a GM.

People who are nasty in real life can often be nasty also online. Nothing new sadly.

We don't want these players on the server either. Report them in private. You can PM any green name on the forums, and some of us have emails in our signatures. Open your chat window to about half the size of the screen, take a screenshot, and send it to us. We will handle it from there.
