Web Server down, STICKY doesn't work

When i start the launcher, no error appears.
It works well.
I downloaded via torrent, added the launcher, tried to start. Web server is shown as red/down.
On the homepage it is shown as online.
Tried the sticky solution with the admin cmd commands, didnt work out for me, still web server shown in red.
I tried to put the date of my pc back, didnt work either.
I installed the game today, because i only found the game here today, i was so happy to play WAR again ... and now it doesnt work.
Frustrating.
Please can someone help me fix this bug?
I want to play so badly!!!

Since you downloaded it via torrent, try moving the game folder to another location, then check that read only is disabled on the game folder: Right click game folder > properties > Uncheck "Read only" > OK.

Did so. Moved the folder to another location and disabled the Read only ... still not working.

You could try adding an exception to the firewall and your anti-virus for the game folder. Perhaps they're preventing it from establishing a connection to the server.

Did so, also tried to turn the firewall and anti-virus off. Didnt help either. :/

Try replacing your launcher with this unpacked version.

Didnt work either. Sorry for taking so much time of you.
Maybe this will help find the problem.
The symbol for Web Server starts as yellow, but after some seconds turns red, and i'm not able to log in, or click on connect.

Something is preventing the launcher from establishing connection to log in server. As a last resort, try using a VPN for the first time connecting. It should work and hopefully will work each time on its own without the VPN afterwards.
