Tier 4 renown and influence not calculating on Lock

Could a Dev-GM please advise an update on when T4 zones that have completed a successful lock and again attribute renown and influence to a participating character.
I have participated in 4+ zone locks over the last 2 days receiving kill renown on players but not from Lord/Lady completion or Lock.
Your thoughts please - and if this has been raised in another area of the forum, so be it.
