Levelling up Kotbs or Thin, thin ice

I have very delicate question. I think everybody knows, that kotbs has "On your guard!" aura to reflect damage and "All on assault!" aura for sustained 30ft aoe damage. I want to level up my kotbs (13lv now), but too lazy to press buttons (after killing 1000 pegasi and evenings of healing in t4 WBs). So, can I run into small spawn of monsters with these two auras, go alt-tab and check what's happening every 5-10-15 minutes (meanwhile serfing social or watching some movie)? Due to alt-tab and lack of auto-loot in pve i won't loot anything -> get no gold or item profit, because corpses will disappear as time passes. Will it still be prohibited - or not? Waiting for official answer, because, as I have already written, it is delicate quesion. Thank you!

As long as you don't automate anything it should be fine.

The auto log out should still kick in when you're just standing in mobs with auras running. That means you gotta answer a GM within 15mins after getting PMed, or we have to assume some automatism prevents the auto log out.

In case if I will run a LoL game (about 20-30 minutes) i will be dropped from game due to auto logout, right?
I think it is necessary to make a clear chat-tab with only pm's in it, because in spam waves of "General" I just may not see the GM post, made few minutes ago. . .

Short story: I did this. Was banned.
Long story: I was "boosting" a friend, standing still and killed mobs with my auras. Which from what I could gather from the forums and posts by Aza should have been OK.
Someone contacted a GM and reported me for botting, I presume. GM wrote me a tell, which I missed in between alt-tabs. I guess advice chat was having a life of its own. Anyhow, when I returned to the game after an alt-tab I found myself on the moon, and had to stay there for a week. If memory serves.
The crux is that according to the TOU: "...If your character is acting in the game, you MUST be able to respond to a GM if prompted.". Which in all fairness I did not comply with. I did contact the GM after I had been teleported to the moon, but to no avail.
Anyhow, sucks to not be able to change character names and who knows what else comes with the banned flag. Just beware, is my advice and keep an eye on the chat.

Yeah, I thought about that - chat tab with longer life of messages (15mins) and no advice-general-spam needed

We won't only send one message, and we'll do other stuff to catch a suspected botters attention.

That is probably true. Didn't notice any of these things however. Fault was on me.

It wouldn't be desirable to bring it to "other stuff", I'll try to keep my eyes open for gm's messages, if there will be any

Easiest way to track PMs is getting Warwhisperer addon, you get a easly manageable side box that tracks pms on per person basics, basically making a tab for each one. It also logs all pms you get [txt files].
Apart from PMs it can also [optionally] track pt, wb, sc, region guild and T1-4 chats.
A must have addon imo, esp if you take care of organized open wb management.
