Guild <Despair> apologizes for actions and tries to clear some misunderstandings

Dear Community, especially Order Community
Lately I heard that there is a lot of hate against our guild and the belief that we are arrogant, bigheaded and notorious flamer.
I now try to clear out some of the stuff I heard and thought about, because we play that game for fun and good fights and not for hate or rage.
I guess one of the points is, that I myself (Starilas) wrote sometimes a disappointed, or sarcastic comment when a fight in a scenario is at the Warcamp. It is just really sad if you have a very good and equal fight, and it ends because the "kiting back" is always into guardrange and not just "kiting" away from the enemy. In that case I don't want to degrade you or sth. with my writing, I just want you to keep on the good fight we had. If you got that wrong, I'm sorry for that.
We absolutely do NOT celebrate killing random groups or think that you are bad players because you had bad luck with the scenario pick up(e.g. no healer). To clear a rumor, I also queue solo for scenarios and that we sign with full premade groups anyhow for the Pick Up Scenario is just not true.
We uncommonly post our guild motto "we bring despair" after we had a hard fight short-handed and won it in the end. That is also meant competitive and not arrogant.
I don't send flames or answer them so I would appreciate you not to send me any insults or the wish that me and/or my family die a horrible death. If any of our guild members would send sth. like that to you, you have my blessing to report him.
I hope we could pour some oil on troubled water by that thread. Now that we know that some things went wrong we try to keep the emotions lower and avoid cross realm in game chat.
Looking forward to see you in good fights!
Kind regard Starilas

I personally think that the kiting mentallity of the community in this game is getting way out of hand. It's never any fun fights anymore, everyone just runs and try to pick of the the guy who are late to turn around. So it just turn into cat and mouse chasing rather then fun fights.

Don't do that. If they can't take a joke, then meh. Talkin **** in game is part of the fun. Just try to keep it somewhat in character, don't spam, and try to be original with it. The hate tells just let you know you're doin it right.

If you want to bring good will, saying negative things in chat or not saying anything is not improving opinions.
Even if you kill Order say something positive. "Good fight" "Hope you get heals next time"
ps. Most are just negative in nature, not many can say anything positive in game like this where you are faction vs faction.

this is why the devs should avoid premade join vs random pugs. make premade matchmaking vs another premade matchmaking and problem solved.
