No gear in any bags

For the last week I have not gotten a single piece of gear in any bag. I had read the post about how it is a bug and more less there is nothing that can be done right now, but I was wondering if this is normal for anybody else? No keep bags have gear in them, no PQ bags have gear in them, nothing for the last week-ish. I was able to play quite a bit over the weekend and I had 13 bags, either keep or PQ. None of them contained any pieces of gear. The keep bags still had medallions, crafting stuff and money. The PQ ones still had crafting stuff and money. None had any gear. Is this normal? I'm only around level 20 now so it isn't a big deal, nothing I'd get would be too useful anyway, but in the near future I'm going to want that gear
