Can't make Character, they aren't there?

I got everything downloaded and my account activated okay, but when i launch the launcher it comes up without characters. I get the background, the music, and all the buttons on the bottom but that is it. I cant create a character. I am not sure what i did wrong.

Try to download and extract ALL THE FILES in your warhammer folder :

Im having the same issue and ive tried all the ways to fix it that ive found on here i still cannot make a character idk what to do now lol

Nevermind it helps if i do the steps properly (wasnt running cmd as admin)
