why is my launcher / game not responding?

hi i dont know if its on my end or your end, i havent played in a few days..but now when i open launcher the web server is either in red or yellow..also when i do get ingame im disconnected ..im playing in the US if thats any help..have you been having problems lately with the servers or is it just me? thx
