Debolstering to scs

Hi, I just debolstered a rank 17 character into t1 oRvR. I was wondering. If I queue for scs, will I get t2 ir t1 sc pops? How does It work?

Scenario brackets are level T2/T3 16 – 31, you can't debolster for scenarios, last time i checked.

You can only debolster for rvr not scs
