Return of Reckoning

Hi! so I am not new to warhammer at all, just really miss it!! I just want to know one thing! are the ratios on both sides (order and choas) relatively equal? or does one side over power the other? because imo nothing kills a game faster than imbalanced sides. Any and all input is welcome, I prefer to join the underdog!

NA timezones go back and forth, EU timezones usually favor Destro, but there's a lot more active players and it's far from total domination like some of the Mythic servers dealt with.
