Zone lock

this is the 3rd time this has happened to me. It shows the chest to let you know it rolling but it show me zip the box is blank everything is blank with no info. I am not sure whats going on. Anyone have ides if its a problem or just something they add. have no clue.

OK just lock the zone after being in a zone for 3 hrs. got a dc got back on start at back at zero. But this time i got a bag rolling 999 should got a blue or better but got a green. No mail. This is bull ****. still no answer about the other 3 times no bag is someone going to get back to this.

That's because we haven't found a fix, and we don't replace stuff like that.
