Accounts of brother and me got banned

Hi,
the accounts of my brother and me just got banned, because I was lvling both of them at the same time. I only played one character acitvely while the other was on follow.
A GM approached me and asked me to log out, after a short discussion I logged off one account and continued lvling. About 5 Minutes later, both accounts got banned. Why on earth do I get banned immediatly, when I followed the instructions?
