Why you nerfed shaman?

While AM has better heal / dps, Shaman had survivability. But now according to
https://github.com/WarEmu/WarBugs/issues/9237
QE + RUN AWAY! dont stack.
So racial tactic or renown skill that cost 10 rp is useless now, but other racial tactic as dwarfs armor stack with pots and its ok.
In same time WH get 40% snare in Beastlord proc.
Plz tell me how its not order biased?

I thought QE worked like one week, and has been broken since?
RunAway is still more reliable and at least it works.

Shaman burst >> AM burst, especially now with the extra DoT.

You know what I think of when I see multiple movespeed procs going off at the same time? Speedhackers. That and babies filled to the brim with cancer tumors, but mostly speedhackers. That's what everyone else sees too. That's the kind of thing that GM's have reports slamming their mailboxes over all the time. Have some self-awareness, Shams and Squig Herders moving around at 80% speed in combat is awful. I hope it stays that way, and I regularly play both a Sham and a SH in T4.
If you need some tips for surviving WL burst, I'm sure some helpful gobbo-bros would be glad to provide them.

Sure, let me tell you how you can survive a WL burst as a SH:
You can't.
Even detaunted these bastards will hunt you down.
But that makes them easy to bait. No WL can resist the appeal of a free kill on a gobbo.
Be sure to have a WE friend for this kind of trap.
It works everytime

So if mdps use QE Shaman got no advantage and if tank use theres perma snare for Shaman and game over. If you dont want stack speed proc maybe increase RUN AWAY! to 40% ? So it will be higher then QE?

If you're at range to be hit by tanks or mdps, you're doing something wrong.
Even IF an entire melee train proc QE at the same time and heads to your direction, you're not supposed to stay still you know.
Sure you're not talking on 1vs1 situation here?
