Looking for a guild

Hello everybody , I am a 42 year old guy from the Netherlands , playing a lvl 10 rr 20 Slayer. 
I am for sure not interested in to lvl-ing youre 4th or 5th toon........
I am looking for people who are willing to play there main toon to the max in rvr and orvr.
Plenty of time to lvl when the other tiers open...
On mythic my Slayer was rr 85 , so I know how to play my toon
Any serieus Guilds around who might have use for me
