Highest weapon DPS ingame (I believe?), decent stats. Come on, all you 2h slayers/IBs. If I don't get any decent offers, I'll reserve it for Volgograd.
Preferably looking for one of the following:
* Swordmaster equivalent
* Good amount of gold
* 2/3 32STR Jewels for SM

Having said that, it did seem to drop when loot was still dropping more often? Could be wrong, just felt that that particular evening, I looted quite a few purples, and haven't done since.
