Return of Reckoning

So far i have seen multiple times people dropping 1h (including me) with classes that can use both 2handers and DW or SnB.

Are the 2hand weapons more rare since you only need 1 or is it just pure rng that 1h are dropping more commonly compared to 2h?

I've seen a few Black Guards getting the 2h Subjugator from the purple bags the last day or two.

BG stealth buff to their rolls perhaps?
