Return of Reckoning

Hi there everyone,

I've used to play the original Warhammer online and just heard from a friend about this site so I checking it out,

now before I get into downloading and all, just a question,

is it truly like the original or is it part of it? How busy is the server?

Hi, good to see a Returning player from the original. (same here)

I would say it's probably way better than the original. However, if you would try to compare the two, they would almost be identical. The best thing is that there are no limitations, and since the servers aren't super populated, they lowered all HP for PQ enemies. So in other words, they balanced the game so that newcomers can still have a chance at advancing.

On lower levels, it actually feels like a proper mmo, since you can see big amount of players. So, considering how this is a private server, I would say quite populated.

P.S: If you decide to download the game, you can ask me for help if you don't find fixes on the forums. Based on what I heard/read, they don't like questions that are about installing/making the game work (not surprising since most things ARE mentioned).

I am not a mod or a dev or anything either, I am just a player who realizes new players are important to this project. Therefore welcome and I make the same offer as Garrus. If you have a question or need help with something, don't hesitate to ask.

I also played live. WH, IB and SW mostly.

I downloaded and installed with a few issues, mostly operator error, but with info available on the forum I worked through it.

I was suprised by the activity on the server, busy enough to get after in RvR but also quiet enough to go out in some patch and grind through quests/pq's.

Playing Order atm because I dont like playing with the "cool kids", , have started several different toons to get the old feel back.
