lost account but still have old emails of everything

i really need some help i played back in 2013 and i cant remember my account name but i remember the email for it but it wont work bc i need my username which i dont remember at all can you please help me.

If you played back in 2013 then you're talking about the official Mythic servers for WAR: Age of Reckoning.
WAR: Return of Reckoning is a volunteer driven project that emulates the original game and keeps it alive, it has no connection to the old Mythic servers/game. As such the account you used for those servers cannot be used on RoR, you'll have to start from the begining and create a new account.
Keep in mind that you'll need to download the RoR client as well, unless you have an old version of the client around (1.4.8 I believe).

We are a private server and are not related to ea or gw in any way. ^^
