Return of Reckoning

Does it happen automatically once I open the RoR launcher or do I redownload the launcher?
I am asking cuz I can't find that being mentioned anywhere.

All updates are server side for now. So you dont have to do anything.

There are no updates that require you to download anything because we simply dont have the possibility to update the game client.
Every patch is only made to the server, so nothing to download atm.

Ah, so I am guessing there will be no updates to the client until you guys make that...erm toolkit? That one of you mentioned in my...skaven post?
Or is it something that will just have to be streamed from the server to work for everyone?

When the launcher is ready, the old one will work simultaneously for a few weeks and GM's will spam that you need to download the new launcher. We will test and work out bugs during the 2-launcher period, then set a cut-off date for the old launcher to be retired. Once that happens, the new launcher will start receiving client updates automatically when you try and start the game. I believe they will be mandatory.

At least, that's how it was explained to me once in a dream-state.
