[RP/Zealot] Buffing DD specs - quick solution

Why
Both RP and Zealot act like healbots only, but both have lots of DD skills/builds which are never used at all (only by the few DD-specced individuals for fun) because of the obvious reasons, while other 4 healers' DD specs are much better and being used more often.
While global revamping of the DD part of these two classes is not planned i think, can we have few quick buffs which i'm sure will increase the potential of their DD specs without seriously affecting global classes balance?
What
1. Divine Fury - is a mandatory tactic for ANY DD build -> can it be incorporated into the Harbinger of Doom/Rune of Breaking, allowing us to pick one more tactic when specced DD? Thus, nb of options when specced DD will increase significantly;
2. Harbinger of Doom/Rune of Breaking converts only stats from items but not from RR ranks -> means that half of your stats (items) can be converted "on-the-move", while the other half (from RR ranks) require you to go to IC/Altdorf/use addons in order to respec which seems to be illogical to me.
Why not convert 100% of your stats (both from items and RR points) according to the HoD/RoB toggle? This will allow RP/Z to be more flexible on Healing/Damage without the necessity to return to IC/Altdorf or use AnywhereTrainer. Moreover, CD for HoD/RoB is high enough to prevent "OP-stance-dancing" and, if necessary, can further be increased to 30sec + we have locks on tactics during fights, so this looks pretty safe to me.
I believe these two points are:
1. Easy to implement by the Devs, and do not require full class revamping;
2. Increase the effectiveness of DD specs and fun from playing DD Z/RP, at the same time not making them OP at all;
3. Make RP/Z playestyle smooth by allowing to switch from heal to dd with few clicks (except the mastery trees ofc).
