After crash, all inbox mail gone!

Hello, I tried to 1st contact GM in-game about this. I play NA PST (west coast) so not alot of GMs on at that time.
Today, 1/25/17, at approximately 1pm PST my game froze up at the same time I was purchasing an item from the AH. In real life, I had a client come in for an appointment. After my meeting I restarted my computer and logged back into RoR. Now, at 4pm EST I find that all items I had in my mailbox are completely gone! Relog/restart doesn't fix the issue.
However, it really breaks my heart because I had the materials from every single item I have Magical Salvaged since I started playing; saving them all to work on Talisman craft. I took very close care to keep them organized and current so that they would not expire and be lost in an accident. As of today, 11-12 pages of mail full of materials had at ~27 days left until expiration so that wasn't the issue.
I realize this is a work in progress and in the alpha phase. Stuff happens. At best my hope is to restore the items? I don't know, it's really frustrating to lose all that work.
Thanks.
