4k res borderless window mode?

if this is the wrong forum then sorry but wasent sure where to go with it.
so i'm running a 4k res screen and i prefer to usaly play every game in boarderless window mode to just be able to tab out fast to change what i'm lissening to or watching on my second monitor.
but i cant get borderless window mode to work on 4k in ror, when i try i get zoomed in to the top left pf the game screen. fullscreen workes fine.
any help would be appreciated!
