In my opinion rewards from lesser bag should be available in the greater one for all PQ.

Over the breadth of the 4 toons I play, I've received a grand total of 4 bags out of maybe 30+ keep sieges. You should be grateful!

The very first keep siege I did upon hitting t4 on my IB, I got the genesis cloak Beat that, peasants!

Not gonna lie, it WOULD be kind of cool to be able to convert bags the same way you do medallions

We have it already in the game. Just add new medallions to the keep bags like for Ruin Set so they starting to have some value.

For annihilator you might have it just like for Ruin.

For Genesis like for Ruin and additional currency to the price tag - lots of officers medallion.
