Who made the epic weapons?

Is it the RoR dev team or are the epic weapons from the original game? Or is it a combo of both?

There are some interesting observations on the epic weapons.

I did but was hoping for a more detailed response here.

Once upon a time there were epic weapons on live, but no one used them because better weapons were available most of time.

Very interesting proc's on the chalice's on dok's. I assume you made those proc's on the chalice's or is that original stuff. I assume given your response above those proc's are your creation?
