Which UI is this?

I see this one a lot in different streams and videos but can't figure out which UI / add-on (or combinatino thereof) this is. I see elements of Enemy but after installing it there appear to be more pieces to the puzzle.
Can anyone explain how I can get this UI?

I don't know what the addon for the top icons is, but the one for targeting is PURE. You can customize it however you like. Mazadun has a lot of tutorials on his addons and how to use them, so be sure to go check him out.

Okay I'll check those out.
I've been seeing this setup (warband, minimmap, targeting, effect icons etc.) so much I reckoned this was a standardized configuration.

Looks like pretty standard UI with addons and personal arrangement.
1. Enemy (Unit frames)
2. WSCT (with changed font and few other options)
3. Pure (Status bars, effect tracker, enemy unit frame etc)
4. Potion Bar
5. Buffhead (with turned off enemy/friendly/group trackers)
6. Warboard
7. Detaunt Helper (atm just show incoming dmg, nothing else)
8. Zmm - minimap
9. WarCommander
