Return of Reckoning

Hello
Please excuse my typos, english isn't my native language.
I downloaded the game few hours ago and i can find the ''new game'' or ''new character'' button, i can see all other buttons on the main menu and a black text box on the right side of the screen but no possible way to enter character creation. I tryed to fix the problem using the information provided in similar entries in this forum but until now the problem remains.


On the other hand, i get this ERROR every time i click ''connect'' :

Look in the stickied thread where it says PerformanceCounter under the Launcher section.
