Return of Reckoning

Hey I am hoping I can get some help...its probably a long shot since I'm playing on parallels. Is anyone familiar with this issue. The black box on the right keeps reloading over and over again. I tried using the VPN, took off read only for the whole folder, reinstalled once. I found one thread that was similar to mine, but the resolution here was not posted and he was able to login at some point. Thanks in advance.
