Return of Reckoning

Hi guys, where can i find the ENGRAVED GOWN for Archmage?
Also, back in the live times, I used to have a chest for Dok that gave me the visual of sorceress robe. I remember that I could find it in Reikland, doing the quests or the PQs of chapter 21. Unfortunelly i can't find it now. Anyone know this robe i'm talking about? How could I find it?

Well it didn't seem to be a bug once Mythic never fixed this. And I remember there was some threads talking about this on official forum. Anyway, its sad to hear that.
