which one should i click? im very confused

For download the torrent file? I use qbittorrent now or used utorrent in the past, both are free. Just open the torrent with any of those programs, select save folder and will start to download.

Open that with uTorrent.
You also need DX9, it's not standard on Win10

It's a .rar file. I prefer 7zip to open it. Some people use WinRar.
After you take care of that stuff, you're probably going to need to go through the sticky thread here. There are more steps. We never said it was an easy process.
