I really have no idea, the slot it took up was empty before, then... Wasn't.
And it wasn't even the first open slot in my bag.

The last things I remember doing before it was noticed were:
Making potions.
Transfering things to/from my bank.
Growing plants.
Transfering seeds to my main bag. (From crafting bags.)

Must have been a very special seed to grow that.

Here I thought this was going to be another complain thread...
