Return of Reckoning

On my lvl 23 archmage, Wurnrii, all my quests are gone. I was just going to re-accept them, but I was on the quest to kill the 3 giants for the christmas event. Now when I talk to the NPC, it acts as if I've never done the first quest. Is there any way to reverse this or is this just a bug I can't do anything about?

We don't have the support infrastructure to easily deal with things like quests missing. So they're gone. Usually happens if you have too many quests accepted, it tends to bug out around 50 or so. I keep less than a page active at a time.

If you just want the backpack its a drop from the giants so just help groups farm. Nasty bug though.
