Bug Report: Broken Quest: Bar Hoppin'

Quest: Bar Hoppin'
Zone: Barak Varr
Objective: Look in the port of Barak Varr for the Salty Beard Pub. Once inside, kill the Barak Varr Beerguards and Brewers within while retrieving casks of Barak Varr Barleybrew. Return the brew to Skitz at the south entrance.
Bug: Cannot obtain Barak Varr Barley Brew as area is blocked off by a door that cannot be opened.
PS: I also submitted this bug ingame, but as this is a private server, I am not sure if that will do anything, so I posted this here on the forums for good measure. Please correct me if I am wrong.
