I am 100% sure that I post this in the wrong place/wrong way, but I am new and I do not really know how stuff is being done here. I apologize in advance.

I was in T1 and saw a lvl 40 guy running around killing people (and me ofc). I have these screenshots.

Send those to someone with a green name via PM.

However, chances are that he was Debolstered, which means he's not actually lv40. His gear and skills have been cut back to R13.

1. reporting is not done publicly, you PM a GM.

2. higher levels can debolster down in the lakes to fight, if it was in a lake its def not an issue, outside of the lake it gets a bit more muddy but there aint nothing in the TOS specifically against killing low level characters.

Ohhh...ok this is something new I didn't know!

I've been ganked multiple times in pve area killing boars 10 feet outside destro t1 wc completely unflagged for pvp. Real low lifes amongst us.

You cannot get killed outside pvp zones if you are not flagged for rvr.

But if you are not flagged, and if you then try to attack a flagged enemy you will be flagged yourself.

This can happen when you hit a boar with an area attack and the enemy char is also hit by the area attack.

Pretty sure this was tested, and you need to target someone and attack them to get flagged. AoE on a neutral mob isn't enough.
