duno if the right place where report it but is the second time that i couldn't roll bags at the keep after got it.... is a known bug? could be fixed?

Sometimes you don't get the window. If you win anything you will still get it in the mail. Or just klick on the chest to check.

Did u crash or something? Cuz i had a similar problem; rolling a bag, crashing in stupid Caledor and not getting anything on the mail xD
