Mutated Energy

Hello all,
Last time, i have try Mutated Energy ( not Mutated Agressor !) and have some conclusions about that.
First - its completly useless skill, 100ft range with 3s knockdown, is simply to far for mara to get a magic dps even when he lay, even when mara fight in wb.
So- maybe its good idea to make range of that skill closer ( 65 ft) ?. That should prevent to use accidentally MU on magician away away from mara? or maybe make teh cooldowwn shorter to 5 sec?

Declining. "Using a skill accidentally" is not an issue.
