Return of Reckoning

Decided to zoom in on one of the scrolls hanging from a flag in Altdorf... and this is what I found. Could this be their call for help from long ago?

Its near the gate entering the Temple in Altdorf.

This is like the Lorem Ipsum of Warhammer Online. Someone told an artist/dev to put some text on those flags, doesn't matter what just make it look like it has text on it, nobody will be able to read it when it's scaled down anyway. So he did
