Return of Reckoning

I find a problem for the influence in tier 2 and 3.
I can not be influenced full before reaching the max levels.
So much experience gain but renamed and influence does not follow in function even with aao. Any correction is provided on this or nothing. Can be a stop xp book would be a good solution
