[General]

Experience gains for T3 characters from all sources are tripled.

This is a temporary measure.

[Open RvR]

Kill rewards will no longer be suppressed in Tier 1 if the zone is locked.

People refuse to switch zone so there's no point keeping this.

Fixed an issue allowing supplies to be returned to inactive keeps in an active pairing.
A keep will now indicate whether it is losing rank because of lack of supplies or lack of players.
Players towing siege can once again be dismounted.

[Combat and Careers]

Warrior Priest

Sigmar's Shield has been rebalanced:
  • Duration down to 5 seconds from 20.
  • Base healing value down to 10-75 from 20-150.
  • Sigmar's Shield now scales with Willpower at half the normal rate.
  • Sigmar's Shield now consumes 20 RF per second rather than 20 RF every activation.
The last of the completely useless abilities. The excessive drawback has been removed and the ability's viability within Righteousness has been crushed to make it effective only with Devotion up. The aim is to offer a healing ability which increases in power when a high volume of low powered attacks are delivered against the target. With covering from HH and PR, this ability should now be effective.

[Experimental Mode]

Warrior Priest / Disciple of Khaine

Melee Power and Healing Power are now converted.
Sigmar's Shield deals half damage and becomes undefendable if Prayer of Devotion is up.

When questing for the weapons you could already not keep up renown :(
Now you will be 30 if you do 2 questlines and some SC while RR is like 21 or so :(

But RR is easy to get than exp, T3 is a bog in the game. A bandaid is currently needed.

Edit: what kind of dictionary doesn't know debolster?

I love what you are doing guys, but triplin only exp in t3 will kill what remains from t3 rvr. Tripling also renown and inf or just inf will make it more attractive

In T3 the Questrewards were already doubled. When you do 2 of the Epic questlines you are 27 with RR 20-22 then you buy the T3 set with Emblems for example and you have to grind renown to 27 to even wear the first 2 pieces. You tell me RR is easy? My SW for example is lvl 30,5 and before I could even wear my T3 Set I will be T4 ... That means I can throw it away and I want to have maximum renown BEVORE T3 because I am completely TIRED of getting my butt re#t by full geared PuG queueers who prefer to roflstomp PuGs than do competetive SC against real groups...

And no, I dont want only do RvR (T4 for RR) because its dull and boring for me... Hello Praag 2 hours in front of a Keep and sometimes retap a BO... and everything is stucked...
But hey, I understand the game goes where the masses wants. (for example I always wrote in T1 "ppl lets go Dwarfes/Elfs" --> but they still ran around rampant without any rewards in the locked lake :-P)

I am not here to cry, but your sentence about "very easy Renown in T3" is plain WRONG (there was already a discussion that Influence and Renown are WAY to small in the brackets...
