login complete then hangs

Login is complete but hangs after that, screen goes black tries to login again never does.
Ran as admin, any suggestions?

Occasionally happens to me. Each time it fails and disconnects, just click connect again. Rinse and repeat.
Until it's fixed, this is what you'll have to do. I can't comment more since I don't know the actual reason for this happening, but overall the server is less responsive. Which I suspect is the cause for this.

i have tried 20 times just now. I just read about deleting a char and creating a new one with the same name which i did. Doing this makes a problem.

Right. Yes. You failed to mention that 
Deleting a character and creating another with the same name bugs your account. This is because the name remains cached in the server database to the original character. Creating a new one with the same name nullifies it. It requires a server restart to fix it.

Ok. I just saw a post similar to mine, regarding no play button, thats what i have too, it doesn't disconnect, i don't get the play button. Guess I shall wait.

GM. Any idea when they might do a restart?

Server restarted, all is good now.
