T2 RvR Supply Lines Bug?

Hi all,

1st time poster.

I've been playing T2 RvR extensively over the past couple of weeks and it seems to me that supply lines only move to Dwarf reliably after 2 BOs have been taken there.

After a dwarf lock, supply lines will not open in either Empire or Elf, even after all BOs are taken there by either side.

There have been a few exceptions where supply lines do open in Elf or Empire but often, we are having to wait till Dwarf reopens to shift the supply lines there.

I'm hoping devs and other players can verify this.
