The blog is called Hypothetical War. Eka was a shadow warrior who liked to come up with ideas for new zones and events. He did an amazing job of exploring the game and finding material for his designs but it was all purely hypothetical.

Some of those maps are still in the client (like kadrin valley pass scenario). If someone has beta I might be able to recover some of those maps.
