Assault Stance overhaul

Hello friends,
It's been suggested by a few that we discuss reworking the Assault Stance. As it stands, we are an incredibly squishy class, and if we get in melee range, even with the armor bonus, we will drop pretty fast. Personally, I feel the Assault tree is the worst of the three, and I want to see it in competitive play. By comparison, the Scout tree has a 4 second silence and a great finishing blow, Skirmish Tree has healing debuff, tons of CC, and another great finishing blow. The Assault tree has a knockdown move and a 4 second disarm. The Assault Stance needs a rework pretty bad. The damage in Assault Stance is nowhere close to other trees, so this attempts to fix that. Please note that if these seem high, the Shadow Warrior is a very squishy class and should be dealing much more damage in Assault than it currently does.
I am suggesting reworks on a number of specific abilities by placing them in parenthesis next to their current wording:
Sinister Assault: Brutal Assault (and Grim Slash) will now bypass all of the target's armor.
Sweeping Slash: (double base damage)
No Respite: Your damage is increased by 15% (30%) when under 45 feet from target.
Merciless Soldier: (complete rework: Vengeance of Nagarythe lasts twice as long OR Opportunistic Strike causes all healing effects on the target to become 50% weaker for 10 seconds). Opportunistic Strike has a 30 sec cooldown for context.
Exploit Weakness: (deals double damage if your target is below 20% hit points).
