Quick question about new SC renown reward system

Hello, yesterday I realized the first time, that in Scenarios the Renown is calculated at the very end. I am unsure when this got introduced (I guess with the new RvR system)
So to my point:
Before that change, (especially at lower levels) you could make 10-20%RR (<Rank 15 and the higher the less %) before the end of the SC + on top reward at the end of SC.
With the new change you get nothing in the firstplace and if (example) you have 1 healer + no tanks as Order and Destru is going to 2h +Melee +4 healer STEAMROLLING the SC, you get barely any reward at the end of the SC (yes this was also before the case but at least you got much more Kill Renown). So thats a huge netloss for the loser side compared to the old system.
The winner side is always granted a bunch of renown does not matter how short the match was.
Is this topic to finetuning or is this intended as it is right now? Its just an example here, I guess, others at higher Tiers got same experience aswell. Didnt test that one yet. I would not even have found out about this BUT... when you level a new toon and after 10-20 minutes SC queue times + only losses to lack of heals/tanks I could not even wear the lvl 5-greens at lvl 7 LOOL... this was the first time ever and I am an "Altoholic".
What did others found out about this? Did you guys even noticed this?
I mean it was lower level and you can say thats not important, BUT a system seems to be opening e new scissor in terms of Renown as a reward.
If you have a bad week while leveling through Scenarios, where your faction has a complete dogshit setup + only dps Healers. (they also level with you and if you dont take a break you will get thrown together with them at every sincle sc) you are just doomed without leveling renown with your career rank. While winner Faction is always renown capped.
Remember this can hit both sides (depending on what classes are actually leveled).
It was just my observation while leveling a new character.
Feel free to criticize or bring input but please not in a rude/cocky manner.
