Guild Heraldry

I was trying to change the guild heraldry this morning, but it always said, This will cost you 100 gold. Please confirm by repeating the action after 10 sec have passed. But nothing changed, regardless how often I repeated it. No gold was taken.
FyI I had enough gold.
Is this a common bug?

Oh? It's only 100gold now? That's not bad. Maybe now I'll finally decide on one.
