Missing racial mounts.

Before t4 hit you could buy 6 different skins for your mounts but now there are only 3- does anyone know what happened to them?
Someone once said that you could get the 'missing' 3 from a guild mount vendor but I've yet to come across that vendor.
...are they gone for good?
