Friends,I have to say that there will not be issues. Me no matter what state you live in,America,Germany,Swede or Canadian,I'm not a racist, and a positive attitude to all people.I care little about politics and policy of the government.I have many good friends from different countries. But I have no one and never allowed to turn itself into a slave, and trample in the mud.especially bad I've done nothing. In this topic we will try to explore a little and to consider the project from different angles,try to take a look at the system changes the system of fines, the balance of power , aspects affecting their placement. Touch on the theme of the gods.-GM and their ilk. And before you start you will be asked to consider this topic with a request to approach this fairly and IMPARTIALLY.(link below) to Voice your opinion, no matter where you are.

Друзья,скажу сразу,чтобы больше не было вопросов. Мне не важно с в каком государстве вы живете,Америке,Германия,Швед вы или Канадец,я не расист, и отношусь положительно ко всем людям.Меня мало заботит политика и курс правительства.У меня много хороших знакомых из разных стран. Но я никому,и никогда не разрешаю превращать себя в раба, и втаптывать в грязь.тем более что плохого я тут никому ничего не сделал. В этой теме попробуем немного исследовать, и рассмотреть этот проект с разных углов,попробуем взлянуть на систему изменений, систему штрафов, баланс сил , аспектов влияющих на их расстановку. This is the answer of the Developer, one of the 1 persons on the subject, which in any way either personally or indirectly offended the administration nor the developer,nor touched by the rules and user rights.
What does it mean?Who gave the rights to talk like that? Or Azarael so afraid of honest open discussion that resorts to banal blocking sensitive topics?

I have no idea what your talking about. The dev team are the gods here - without them we wouldn't be playing RoR nor even posting on these forums. Azarael has every single right to do as he pleases cause he is the head Dev (AFAIK). Don't like? Well... You can always leave any time. It's not like anyone is forcing.

And also regarding Aza's post you linked - he is 100% correct here. Players from Russia have a bad rep worldwide. Not saying that I don't like them, but pulling this victim card is a very common occurrence.

Well to begin with, i apologize cause my English is very bad.

A little update about "rules" and Azarael.

Lets begin With Azarael. Actually, he is the Project Leader AND the most involved person in this project. This means, he has the hard responsability to make choices and suffer criticisms more than anyone. I'll come back about this point later.

Rules now.
- More than 3k players everydays are playing without any sanction and have'nt probably read the rules. Cause they just use common sense. GM are here to punish those who don't respect them, IE those who don't have any common sense.
-RoR is a project, our and yours, and all of us -i hope- wants to make it perfect. It will take time, and we haven't time to lose with ppl who have a crual lack of common sense. We aren't in a classroom, and we ( Ror Staff) aren't teachers. Our only purpose is to preserve this project. nothing else, so, if something can make possible issues, we have to fix it. Coldly.
-If you cheat you are banned, if you create a bad atmospshere IG ( Death Threat?? seriously guys? ), Ban evasions?, cheating? Banned > Fixed. If you start to argue after someone who takes (lot of) time to make this alive, you take the risk to be banned ( remember, lack of common sense).
- You disagree our choices/decisions? No prob, lets discuss with arguments and quitly, else, there is no chains has your ankle you are free to go. If you are angry, calm down before doing a mistake ( and forget your common sense).
- I don't track GM's and mods, but i don't see an impressive amount of bans, so i suppose they do their job without zeal.
-If you wonder if watchmen are watched, the answer is yes; by their paire.


I come back to aza, and include all the team. It will be my conclusion with all my kindness.
Consider all angriness we receive everydays, because a patch, because a ban, because a bad choice, because a word, because of slowliness of the project, blabablabla... and consider how we, RoR staff members are facing it.

You really feel they overreact? abuse of their powers?

Some ppl seems to think we are disrespectfull because they have been banned, because their post have been locked, but honestly, what is the ratio?? less than 1%? 0,5%? lesser ? Some may think because thats "staff", they have all rights and abuse it. Daily, i don't see any objective reason to think that. ( Unless we really want to f***k up this project who takes us the biggest part of our freetime, why would we act like this??)

Have you forgot why you (everybody) still here?

Because of us and because we make it alive since more than 2 years, using THIS rules (for free if it needs to be reminded), to provide you the game experience, and to protect the project.

As said long time ago. Consider RoR like your home. Never forget thats ours.
