Return of Reckoning

Hi guys I'm a relatively new player (been playing on and off for a couple of months) I've mostly been doing PvE until today when I launched into PvP scenarios, I forgot just how good they are!

Anyway my question is this: how do I obtain renown gear and abilities? I'm aware of the emblems acting as currency for renown gear. Is this the only way to obtain it? How do I obtain renown abilities? Thanks in advance and forgive me for the nooby question

Emblems are gained from Scenarios both for getting points and as drops from kills during the scenario. This can be traded for weapons and armour.

Medallions are gained from kills in ORvR. These buy armour.

Both can be traded for Set gear in Nordland WC (T1) and in IC (Apex for Emblems, Undercroft for Medallions) (T2-T4).

You can also buy green renown weapons and armour with gold in T1 WCs, top floor of keeps, or your factions main city. These items have both level and renown requirement and are great for keeping gear current.

As for renown abilities. In main city of your faction there is an NPC trainer that will allow you to buy "skills" for your renown points (1 renown point per 1 renown rank).
