[Declined] Kotbs/Chosen Super punts

These two tactics are basicly the number 1 counters to Guard abillity in the game and even tho i like having some way to reduce the guard effect these tactics comes with negative aplications of em aswell.
1: Despite the tactics, they are ttatched to the two strongest tank classes in the game.
2: The velocity of the hight causes alot of sitation were the target get stuck in terrain when they land and have to use a /stuck command. In these situation it's basicly the same as a 1 shot - dead abillity.
So here's my sugested change to the tactics. (Dunno if it's aplicble or not)
Hastened Dissmisall/Banish Darkness
Reduces Repel/RD cooldown by 50% and Repel/RD also reduce the effective range of Guard/Save Da Runtz on the target by 90% for 5 seconds.
